Our Projects.
House Kelly.
This was a previous Balau timber deck that we extended. Only the area surrounding the pool was decked. Caribbean and the team met with the Kelly family, measured up and completed the new Garapa timber deck within 2 weeks. In a beautiful part of Somerset West.
House Fischer.
This was a high profile job done at the top of Spanish Farm, Somerset West covering over 500 square meters of Garapa decking. This project was built and managed by CS Properties from start to finish. There were two parts to this project the first being the front patio which included the pool area. The second part was the fire pit located at the back of the Fischer house including a beautiful bench feature with a hatch system for storage.
ExecuJet.
We recently completed this cafeteria area inside the ExecuJet, Cape Town International Airport building at the end of last year(2019). We used structural Pine as this was the look and feel that the architect was going for. We managed to complete this job within 3 weeks. Steenberg.
The Steenberg job was a two phase project giving to us in November 2019. The house was located in an upmarket area in Tokai on a Golf Estate, Cape Town. The first phase was the relocation of the pool with a Balau timber deck around it. The second phase was the Pergola structures above the outside pool area. We completed this 92 meter deck in just 3 weeks.
Elgin Vintners.
A beautiful new restaurant situated in the heart of the Grabouw mountains. This was a fantastic project to be part of and it turned out beautifully. A pine substructure was used to support the Composite Decking Slats. A company named EnviroDeck is were the Composite was from, they offer a wide range of different colours to suit everyones needs & style.
House Swart.
Another one for the books. We were asked by CS Properties to join them again to make their clients dreams a reality. With the deck being fairly straightforward and easy the handle. The same cannot be said for the Pergolas. With some careful planning and a lot of thought they came out beautifully. Go have a look at how it all unfolded.
